Chaplaincy offers an exciting, jam-packed line-up of guest-speakers, programmes and events each semester. These introduce you to the riches of the Catholic intellectual and cultural traditions, as well as develop within you a capacity for critical reflection and a concern for the common good. We also have an annual retreat, mission and short pilgrimage which provide moments of quiet, prayer and togetherness.
Everyday from 12 Noon to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm our Food Bar serves sandwiches, soup and snacks as well as tea, coffee and soft drinks. Value for money is guaranteed.
The annual Chaplains QUB Carol Service, ordinarily hosted in The Great Hall, is a highlight of the Christmas season. Unfortunately we cannot meet in person this year, so here is this year's Carol Service online!
Barrister and well-known life advocate, Deacon Brett Lockhart, will preach on the vexed issue of euthanasia in light of Church teaching on end-of-life decisions. Mass will be celebrated at 5.15pm and live-streamed from Facebook and Church Services TV.
You are invited to a talk by Fr Paul Farren, Administrator of St Eugene's Cathedral Derry, and founder of the Pope John Paul II Award. He will speak on the recently beatified Blessed Carlo Acutis, who is just one step away from being the first true millennial saint.
